My Snapper Ceviche was an attractive disc of apparently raw fish with no sign of lime juice curing that had been poorly cleaned and prepped containing small bones, a scale, a lot of connective tissue (signaling a poor cut of fish, maybe near the tail). Urff. My Papas Bravas had good seasoning and a nice sauce, but were totally mushy instead of being crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Maybe it was a bad day."
