"The worst experience ever! Waited an hour with no refills on drinks got my burger with no lettuce no tomatoes no mayo no ketchup nothing my dad didn't get his toast with his omelet and it wasn't cooked in the grill as he had asked...we used to be regular customers but due to the decline of service I don't see us coming back anytime soon. Try keeping a 7 year old clean while eating a strawberry waffle with no knife!"
