"The food is consistently delicious at any Buffalo Wild Wings location I visit. The only drawback was the longer than usual wait to be seated and for the food to arrive. Our server was friendly and attentive. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food were all top-notch. I highly recommend trying their Chicken Wings, Mozzarella Sticks Appetizer, Hot Wings, and Wings and Fries. The average cost per person for dinner is between $30-50."

"I don't know how much this has to do with this special place, but I try to order everything online is the absolute greatest pain. the app and the website constantly crash and spit mistakes, and the layout of everything is terrible. a lot of luck, that it even understand where to send her to eat. when I set my full address, and it showed the complete address on the order intake, it sent the driver only in the middle of philomath, as if it just saw the city on google maps, then it sent to the driver. also what they did on the fried pickles since the pandemic, but they are hardly spiced anymore."

"the only bad thing was when I showed up and was told that they didn't take any precautions. I was on time and the party before me sat before my party. I wondered why that was because I had a reservation and wait for a table when a walk sat immediately. the host asked about my name and safe enough it was on her tablet, but my reservation was not honored. they should be removed from the business with open table."

"It wasn't much to do at 4 a.m. when we went there after the kids wanted a quick bite after school. We sat on the bar side. There were some servers running around. We haven't seen anyone wearing a mask. The food came out quickly because it was dead there. The wings were pretty good. We ordered both bone-in and boneless wings. There are many flavors to choose from sauce and dry rub. The menu had a list of flavor options where there are most spicy options at the top and goes to the mildest option. They also had good alcoholic drinks. The Nojito (non-alcoholic mojito) was pretty good. The strawberry limonade had fruit in it and my daughter loved it. Overall, we enjoyed our experience there. Server was attentive and polite. It was nice that we didn't leave when it was super busy."

"waited 15 minutes to be filled with restaurant 1/4. 30 minutes before we were seen from a server. ordering food and drink as soon as it came to the table and expects that the food should last. and the water did not come out until the food was 40 minutes later. assumed, the kitchen is possibly short personal as most places in these days. we only saw our server when they put something on the table so that we could not check the status of feed and drink. the manager is incredibly rude. they acted as if we had asked her for her first born child when we had asked her to change the tvs into the two games in the march. wings were kold. had she sent back, but it should have been there for another hour. this place needs a great overhaul. the drive is worth a bit more to get better service. side note: out server was very friendly and seemed to understand the quality of the service was not on par. the problems come from the administration."

"My wife and I went to this BWW Sunday after making a reservation on their website. We received confirmation emails and text message reminders for our reservation. When we arrived and told the hostess we had a reservation, she said, We don 't take reservations. When I showed her the confirmation on my phone, she said that I should not have been able to make a reservation and no tables would be available FOR 2 HOURS. She didn 't pretend to care about the inconvenience. My wife suggested we get a takeout order, but we both felt that the restaurant should do something, even if only a symbolic gesture, to compensate for the service failure. We drove 40 minutes for a reservation that they confirmed but would not honor. The cashier took our order, but before we paid he went to the manager to see what could be done. I stepped outside and my wife spoke with the manager (Carlos R. and he said nothing could be done. When I heard that, I went inside asked to speak with the manager. Before he returned, the cashier brought our takeout order to us. Carlos R. showed up and told us nothing could be done because it was a third party 's mistake. That defies logic! The third party is OpenTable which BWW hired to do exactly what they did: Make a reservation. I told him that I worked in restaurants for years and that you always try to satisfy the customer in the case of service failures. At least do SOMETHING, ANYTHING, to show that you are sorry for the failure and that you appreciate their business. He said he would do NOTHING. I showed him that our takeout order was complete and asked him if he would rather throw the order away than satisfy his customer. He said if you don 't want the food at full price, I 'll throw it away. He was happy to throw away the food and two customers. Why not discount the food slightly and keep two customers? He is neither a champion of logic or customer service. I wrote the corporate office the same day. No response. TERRIBLE SERVICE!"
"I went on Thursday, where there were 75 cent boneless wings! the food was delicious and it also happened during the happy hour that ended at 18:00. 10 wings and a margarita for about $11 dollars during a NBA game. service was good was not too busy, but still a good environment they were organized with my reservation and wish accepted."

"I ordered a black bean burger that was so hard I was unable to bite into it...I was not only disappointed in the quality of the burger and what I was being charged being I buy a for so this wasn't a great quality patty... I felt it was very disrespectful to be sent out to the table in that way. I don't eat meat and just started dining out again with my family since the pandemic. This experience has once more paralyzed my beliefs on why we should continue to not support restaurants until we are completely in the clear. People have the choice to choose what they want, for my family there will be no more Buffalo Wild Wings or any other restaurants."

"Upon arrival, the staff at the restaurant seemed confused and acted as though we were crazy for stating we had reservations. Despite showing them proof on the app, they denied any knowledge of it. After being seated, we waited for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. We decided to leave and the hostess, who was initially friendly, apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, I will not be returning to this establishment."

"A solid B-Dubs. The only reason I gave him a 4 is the setup not as beautiful as other BWWs. Shotgun style and feels boring. Eating is what you would expect. Service was good. Also has a decent looking terrace, but nothing to see, except a parking lot and Texas Roadhouse. The parking lot is beaten into hell, but still ample parking."

"Update: Increased the star ratings. Owner is interested in improving the establishment. He reached out right after I posted the review. Also, I decided food and atmosphere are better overall... so rating is now based on all our visits, not just this latest visit. Supply chain issue maybe still, but we will go back. A lot of restaurants are short staffed these days so taking that into consideration also. Original Review: I come here for the beer. And cheese curds. Don't come here for fine dining. Sometimes we get a great server. Usually they are out of something we ordered, but we make do. We aren't always told when we order that they are out of it... this time it wasn't until our food was coming out that they told us some of the ingredients on our order were out so we cancelled that portion of the order. They still gave us the fries from the order and we thought that was nice until we saw they charged us for the fries... and we ordered another meal to make up for the cancelled order! They are always under new management so we get hopeful... but nope. Still need work."
