"After being closed for two years, I heard this location in Cool Springs finally reopened. Went there on Sunday afternoon and they were closed. Called today to see if they had reopened and talked to the manager who answered the phone. This is what she told me. They reopened in August, but she only has ONE employee and because they are short-staffed their hours vary. She said Monday-Thursday they are usually open until 6:00. WTH?? She went on to say that on Fridays and Saturdays they close at 7:00. They are closed on Sundays because she needs a day off. She said that these hours vary because sometimes she doesn 't have anyone to work. FFS. I 'm never eating there. What restaurant closes at DINNER TIME?!?! You can just imagine the quality of the food you would receive at this completely mismanaged and unorganized restaurant. Consider yourselves warned."

"We stopped for lunch and decided on the blacken burger with pepper jack cheese and an order of fries. The burgers were nice and big and tasted good, not very hot but tasty. The fries were right out of the fried and were very good. We’re guessing the burgers were done just ahead of the fries which is the reason they weren’t hot, they had to wait for the fries to finish. We’ll stop here again."

"I love Backyard Burgers, and since Memphis is the home of Backyard, almost all of their locations here are fantastic. This location is always exceptionally clean, and they must make their food very fresh, because I have had to wait every time I went. Regardless, the food more than made up for the wait, because their baked potatoes at this location are awesome, and they will even customize them with jalepenos and cheese, if you like them spicy like me."
