"They've been here several times and we really love the food. There is a lot of taste at any meal and you can say that they really take their time to make any ingredient delicious. Tonight we ordered them, and my husband picked it up. He came home and realized that the order was wrong, and even included ingredients I had an allergy. We called and the girl who answered was very nice about it and put the manager on the phone. The manager felt really bad and was incredibly apologetic about it. We decided to make a new order and pick up the new order. The manager personally met my husband on the front to apologize. I won't say what he did here, but Panino did it right and kept us as a loyal customer. Keep the big work and thank you for everything you do."
