"We arrived there Saturday around 615 and was greeted immediately. The food order was taken by 630. I ordered a veggie deluxe calzone and added ham, my daughter ordered a ham and pineapple calzone. Everyone at our table received their food around 7. At 715, I got my calzone which was ham and pepperoni, please note my order was a veggie deluxe calzone add ham. At 745, my daughter still had not received her food. The waiter said it was messed up and had to be remade. Everyone was finished and paid and she still did not get her food but she was brought a check to pay for it. There was no manager/owner around checking on things that we could see. No apology, no inpathy, nothing. At 805, she finally got her food in a takeout box that was sitting on top of the oven where the cook had placed her food. Now grant it the waiter was young and inexperienced but he should have been able to talk to a manager."
