"To be fair, this place has a good pizza and my diving experience was always good. However, I tried to place a delivery order today and the entire operation is broken. I've been on the phone for a long time and since the hold recording continues to order me for faster service online, I have. I paid for my order online, got a confirmation that the pizza was on the way and so I waited for it to be delivered... for an hour! When I called to get an ETA on the missing pizza, I was told that they do not really check on online orders during the busy times and do not receive notifications when placing an order. My two options were to cancel the order for a refund OR wait another hour until the pizza is delivered. No apologies, no vouchers or discounts... just as it is attitude. I canceled. Very disappointed. You should better or stop promoting online order if not able to fulfill."
