"I live across the street from this spot and I honestly can’t believe it’s a running business — this place is really bad — every time and I would avoid it. I’ve ordered 6 times (I always get an Italian beef) and I’ve been disappointed 4 out of 6. Only reason I ever tried this spot twice is because I can see it from my balcony and I feel like maybe one day that might make it right.
