"This was the worst BBQ experience I've ever had. Everything was served cold, including the sauce, which was unappetizing. The pulled pork was mostly fat, making it inedible for me. I ended up with a stomach ache for the rest of the day and I'm thankful I didn’t eat more; it could have been much worse. If I could give it negative stars, I certainly would."

"Karen came through. I?m from CA and needed to order flowers for a memorial in Hawaii. Of course, not knowing my geography, I yelped the zip of the home for delivery, and Waiahole Nursery Garden Center came up on the list. I looked at a few other florists, but WNGC was my final pick after looking through the photos and review. Not a shocked they have 4.5 stars. I called to get more info and Karen helped me with everything. She sent me some samples via email of what my budget would get me. Today, the delivery was made, and the family was very impressed, as was I. Glad they sent a photo bc I wanted to post it with my review. The arrangement looks nice and fresh, and customer service is beyond. I would definitely purchase from them again."

However, upon arriving at the restaurant, we were surprised to find it closed for renovations. It was a significant birthday celebration, and we were disappointed that we were not informed about the closure to make other plans. This lack of communication was disheartening and not up to professional standards. T-Bones was our go-to restaurant for special occasions, but this experience has left us feeling very let down. "Stumbled on this place after the wrong exit, boy I am glad that we did it super!!! You can really see that everything is made fresh. The flavor combinations are endless. You can literally create what you want. My chocolate sun with reeseseses buttercuos bits, gummy bears, hot fudge, caramel, marshmallow, topped by with whipped cream a cherry was a sight. The ice cream was soft and creamy and delicious. My friend got an Arctic swirl with peanut butter ice cream and reess butter sauces, recommended by a faithful moss of Twisty Cone, sooo goood!!! Service was also great, everyone is super friendly. I strongly recommend swirl cone to check it!"

Unfortunately, when we arrived for the reservation, we found out that T-Bones was closed for reconstruction. It was my mother's important birthday celebration and no one had contacted me to inform me about the closure so I could make alternative plans. This lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional. Previously, T-Bones had been our favorite restaurant where we enjoyed celebrating holidays and special occasions.
