"I've never heard of Ben's Bottle Shop until I saw an event on Facebook. Of course, as a beer lover, I decided to check them. Actually, what was drawn to me during the day was this rebranding event sponsored by Every 's Brewing and Ben 's. Ten after three. Was met with a good greeting from bartenders. Unfortunately, that was the only good in this place. As I asked about the rebranding party, they'll be here tonight, although they'll be advertised by 3pm-6pm. Even the flyer at the door and Facebook says that. So far I was here an hour, not addressed by the bartender except to pay my tab. No, hey, you need something else or you want to see the menu. That was the worst customer service I saw in a tap house. Every good tap house would check on your customers and make sure you keep them happy. The beer list was subpar, the general atmosphere was average, the prices for a drink were excessive. The only plus was clean and well maintained. Just the reason I give myself this one star and a D average in my places to eat / drink in Vancouver."
