"Dropped by the Georgian Restaurant on a weekday for high tea with a friend's bachelorette party and was swept off my feet by this charming place! We had reservations and were seated right on time without any delays. Initially, it felt a bit awkward since the atmosphere inside the restaurant was quiet and classic and we were definitely a vocal group of girls, but we were seated in a separate back area where we were able to converse without feeling too self conscious. The interior of the Georgian is gorgeous and definitely has a feeling of wonder it's the place to go if you want to be transported out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Our tea sets were made to fit any dietary restrictions vegetarian, vegan, allergies, etc. and our server was very flexible and helpful when it came to navigating a certain allergy. The tea sets looked unassuming but were quite filling and the tea selection was interesting and varied as well. I went with the orange pekoe which I really enjoyed though everyone loved the tea they ordered as well. Overall, this was a great place to bring together a group of newly made friends and offered delicious foods/desserts/tea in a rather beautiful setting. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great afternoon tea experience."
