"I have been going to the Bierstube for over 25 years and enjoyed the great food, drinks and service until the last year when everything seemed to change. The food which used to be very good and extremely consistent is now consistently terrible. One of the strengths of the bierstube has always been the staff, I would come in and see the same servers, bartenders and managers but over the last year it’s been constant turn over and inexperienced staff. I am sad to say that I will no longer be going to the good ole Birrstube."
