"I’m disappointed that I have to write this review because I love main squeeze and it’s my favorite smoothie place in Charleston but this is the second time in a row that I have ordered online, get there, and the kids that work there are just messing around and didn’t even start my order. They look surprised each time that they have to do their jobs and not just goof off. They didn’t even print my ticket yet when I got there because they were too busy with their own conversations. This is what happens when you leave a couple of sixteen year olds without any sort of management in place who clearly lack training or any regard for their jobs. It is clear there is no supervision and I hope management reads this review and addresses it with their young staff and some sort of accountability is put in place because it’s not fair to their customers."
