"FIVE DAYS LATER the manager Patrick decided to text and harrass me because he didn't like my review. 100% sure harassment is illegal and if THIS is how tropical smoothie does things they cam expect alot of lawsuits for slander, libel, and harassment. The malicious actions of this establishments employees is EXTREMELY concerning. Refunding and order EVENTUALLY and claiming it was instant doesn't negate the fact that the employees ridiculed and laughed at a customer notifying them of an issue with an order. If I could give less I would. Between REFUSING to refund my order and the employees laughing about it this place is complete trash. Don't waste your money."
