"Toast has one of my very favorite breakfasts in SF. I used to visit here frequently as it was not far from where I lived and now when I visit SF, it?s a MUST on my places to visit! Maybe 10 years ago I tried the lox scramble for the first time and ever since then it is the one breakfast I cannot pass up at Toast! So, when, I visited in July, I got up early on a work day to get my lox scramble breakfast. They do a great job with their lox scramble and each time it is consistently ?perfect?. The scramble has a generous amount of lox, chopped tomatoes, chopped avocado, capers, green onion and creamy cream cheese! Yum, my mouth is watering as I write this! It is served with crispy hash browns and your choice of toast. I always go with rye toast and it?s a perfect accompaniment! Service is always great, although I do avoid weekends, because it?s limited number of tables are quickly taken."
