"I always come here and they have always provided good customer service to me. But today I walked in and one of the girls decided to come to work in a bad mood. She asked me if I was ready and I said no. I received a phone call and in the middle of the call she interrupted me twice rushing me to order and giving me attitude. There was no customers there but me so I felt very annoyed cause they were not busy and I still didn’t know what to order. I’m coming back cause I love this spot, but I hope she doesn’t make u guys lose customers w her $hitty vibe…"

"I usually come here a lot post workout and I will order my drink ahead of time so that it would be ready by the time I finished my workout and they are normally so quick with it. Tonight, sadly, I was waiting for about 20 minutes in my car. I would understand if it was busy, but it wasn't. One of the girls was visibly on facetime. What is the point of a call ahead order if it's not going be ready at the time it says. Again, if they were busy, I get it."
