"My daughters and I were staying at the Henderson for a girl's weekend and I thought it would be nice to go to an upper scale restaurant that was also on property. Unfortunately, we all felt it was overpriced for the meals we received. For an appetizer, we ordered the mussels which seemed fresh but boring. I ordered Shrimp and Grits which was under seasoned. My year old daughter ordered the Duck Confit Shepherd's Pie which was also bland. My year old daughter ordered sushi rolls and Miso soup; both were very good! The most disappointing feature was a family with a small child whose video games were turned up so loudly we could hear them from the other side of the restaurant …not exactly the ambience we were looking for. The best part of the experience was our server and the other staff. They were flawless"

"Every time I come back to Henderson I have to visit Siplen's. Let me tell you they don't miss!!!Today I got the loaded potato special that had red potatoes, queso, bacon, sour cream fried shrimp. All of that food for just $10.50. While the potatoes and queso were delicious the shrimp stole the show, they were fried seasoned perfectly.I also got peach mango blue raspberry Kool aid. They were so good we came back got more for the ride home.Not only is the food great, so is the service! Very friendly people working there who care that you enjoy the food take time to speak with you.Do yourself a favor and check out Siplen's."
