"Another great evening at Roux Bistro! The set menu for Valentine's Day was a great value and had a nice selection. We've never been disappointed here. Even though it was virtually full, the noise level was not bad at all."

"We sat near the door in a stand that is meh. But it wasn't terrible. The service was attentive (understood about our showtime and helped us keep on schedule). We had the Calamari, the short rib dinner, the spaghetti and meatballs and a custom pizza. All were good and comfortable dishes on a blue evening. The portions were well dimensioned and we all went full and satisfied!"
