"I made a reservation with opentable for 9:30 a.m. on a Sunday evening. I have redirected from the autobahn from logan airport in boston to newport rhode island because I had not eaten a meal since the breakfast. when I come to the restaurant, the doors are locked, and a group of employees had a party at one of the tables in the center of the restaurant. all the lights were on. all the televisions were up. the doors were closed, the personal would not even answer the door, much less let me in, and they did not answer the phone. this restaurant should not take reservations for time when it is not open. is extremely inconvenient and it could be a security problem. overall the worst experience ever used opentable."

"We went to the Aquarium Restaurant in Kemah for their Easter buffet. Started with fresh fruit, salads ,then on to a delicious herbed salmon topped with a cream sauce and capers, blackened mahi-mahi and an Ital;ian-style rolled chicken entree. We enjoyed selections from the dessert table as well. There were also oysters-on-the= half shell, lots of iced boiled shrimp and carving stations for roast and ham. The cheesy brussel sprouts were to die for. It was less expensive for other Easter buffets in the area. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. We were seated right next to the big main aquarium too."

"Good service, and eye-catching aquarium views all around the huge tank, but average tasting food. The chicken on the chicken Caesar salad was overcooked and tough to cut. The seafood bisque was heavy on cream that overpowered the delicate seafood flavor. I tried to reserve a table for four diners at 5:30 but could reserve a table at 4:45 or after 7:00. From our 4:45 arrival to our 6:15 departure the restaurant was only one- third full. There were plenty of empty tables available at our preferred reservation time."

"The overall atmosphere was cool. We went for our kids who enjoyed sitting next to the fish tank. The service left a lot to be desired. We were seated within a minute of our arrival however it was over 15 min before the waitress greeted us at our table to even say hello or take our drink order. The food was good but you are paying for the experience. Should add more options of seafood items to kids menu. The point of going was the kids wanted lobster. They shared the fisherman platter but the spices in the food items made it so they couldn't eat all the food items. Overall it's a cool experience but it comes with a spendy price tag, not stellar service and overall lack of customer service by employees."

"The food tasted terrible and was poorly prepared. I had the fish and chips and they were cold when they came out and greasy. My son’s grilled cheese tasted and looked like it was made with Kraft cheese and the bread crumbled so perhaps it was stale. The waiter barely spoke and did not smile once. The hostess was rather frantic and certainly unhappy. Overall, not a pleasant experience and a real disappointment."
