"The restaurant had a hired photographer invading the privacy of the diners. We expressed to the manager that we were uncomfortable being photographed or our photo 's being used in their marketing materials. We were told they were blurring faces; however, we stated we were still uncomfortable and do not wish to participate. The photographer then went outside and continued taking photo 's directly at us. We spoke to the photographer directly who again stated that they would blurr faces. We were quite uncomfortable and not enjoying a peaceful meal and asked that he stop until we leave. The photographer said he was just doing his job and then brought the camera directly in front of our table and we could hear the Manager telling him that we weren 't going to like it; however, the photographer attempted to act as if he were taking photo 's the other direction and turned his camera directly on us. We again told them we were uncomfortable and to please stop. The Manager did nothing other than walk away. We immediately paid our check and left. The disrespect of how this was handled and to continue to make us uncomfortable during our meal was very disappointing."

"This is one of the best restaurants in Knoxville but our food on our last visit was not the best. I got the fish and chips and my husband got meatloaf. The fish was fresh and the beer batter on fish was tasty but it was greasy. I had the friend cat fish in past and it had always been excellent. So skip the fish and chips. My husband meatloaf was on hard side. It tasted more like grilled chop steak. If your used to more traditional meatloaf, then this may not be to your liking. The waitress we had was excellent. We ended the meal with a yummy blueberry cupcake!"

"My wife and I are long time Derby Customers. 30+ years). The past 2 times we have been in we have had problems. The second to last time we had the Tomahawk Steak for a celebratory dinner. The meat was barely warm and the sides were room temperature. Anyone can have a bad doy so we wrote it off to having a bad day. All the other times we had been in during the past 30 years, it has been great. Last hight we came in for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. My wife ordered the Derby Delite with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Both were room temperature. Very disappionting. They did take it off the bill, but that's not the idea of a celebration. Two times in a row and we're having doubts about going back which is a shame as we really loved the place. Right now I'm not sure I would reccomend it to a friend."

"Whenever anyone comes to visit Lander or even Fremont County, I always recommend Gannett Grill. I've been eating here for the past 12 years and I've never been disappointed. In my opinion, they serve the best burgers in Fremont County and maybe in the state of Wyoming. Their pizza and salads are also delicious. We love the outdoor seating and the fun atmosphere. The service is always positive and friendly. You can't go wrong eating here."

"First time here! Celebrating birthdays for brunch. Appreciated the valet Parking for sure. The only reason I rated this place a 4 is due to the website stating business casual but their were patrons in workout attire baseball hats sitting in the restaurant. I felt so over dressed seeing this. We were greeted seated quickly.. Our server was not very attentive so our service was just ok. The wedge salad was great! The chicken waffle was good..Syrup was a little sweet and over powers a little. The drinks were good. It was an 'ok ' first experience. I would like to try their steak in the future."

"We came here on a date expecting a different place. By the look on the website, we dressed semi formal and were over dressed. They were out of both selections, appetizer and entree, that we wanted. And we were told it was because they were busier earlier and we came too late. Which is not a reasonable excuse…the service was pretty good. We were disappointed by the lack of a bar. The experience did not go well and we don’t plan to come back."

"The sole was good. My lobster tail was just ok, I’ve had better, not very juicy. The drawn butter seemed a little over cooked, turning brown. The mushrooms were fine, not exceptional. The caeser salad was pretty great, except it had too much garlic which kind of ruined anything that came after that and gave problems all night. It was pretty overpriced. Really? $40 for 2 people just for Caesar salad?"

"What an incredible experience! We have visited this restaurant a few times before, but this time we made reservations during happy hour to kick off my husband's birthday celebration. I mentioned this in our reservation, and Rosa and Izzy went above and beyond to make us feel extra special. They not only gave my husband a complimentary shot, but also surprised him with a full-sized dessert complete with a candle. The food, drinks, and service were all top-notch. The attention to detail truly impressed me. I highly recommend this place - 10/10. Thank you again, Rosa and Izzy! We are already looking forward to our next visit."
