"DiggersHotline had their annual safety dinner there last night. The meal was an absolute disaster!!! they ran way short of food with 10-20% left to eat. The chicken was extremely dry... I supposed they hoped you’d by drinks to help choke it down . They ran out of gray for the potatoes, ran out of the vegetables and had completely ran out of salad toppings with many people left. Seriously? Huge miss calculation. It took probably 30 minutes to get people through the line and could have easily setup to run two lines through (one on each side of serving tables) to cut the serving time in half. Need some common sense management! HUGE disappointment! Hope Diggers rethinks their venue for La Crosse next year."
