"We had a party of nine and is often difficult to get good service, food out quickly and warm. BJ's did a great job on all. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was from shrimp scampi to the bison burger and even the jambalaya! I had the zucchini noodles and chicken equally delish! We look forward to visiting the restaurant again."

"I hate leaving negative reviews, hopefully this will reach a manager. Dined in recently with a group of 8 service wasn’t bad a little slow but we were fine with it. The poke bowl was pretty good but the pizza was awful. I remember this used to be the best place to get deep dish pizza, mine was dry, flat and had no “BJ’s signature crunch” to the Crust. Hopefully it’s a kitchen issue and that’s not the product they are putting out now!"

"This has always been our favorite restaurant since they were opened at the Boardman and we started coming here! We weren't here in a couple of years because of our health conditions that prevent us from getting out, and we actually moved away for a year. Now that we are back in the area, we could come back here and it was a wonderful experience, just like in the past! Why we love this place so much: amazing customer service, diverse choices on the menu including healthier options, fair prices, amazing rewards program, high quality food (you would not even know that this is a chain restaurant), and a unique atmosphere that is very fun and relaxation. Some of our favorite items in the menu: Deep Dish Pizza, Sweet Potato Fries, Wisconsin Cheese Curds, Mozzarella Sticks, Creamy Couscous Mac Cheese, Garlic Knots, Grilled Cheese, Mediterranean Chicken Pita Tacos, Bison Burger, and truly any of the Pizookies! We recommend checking out BJ's for an amazing culinary experience! We are impressed by everything this restaurant has to offer."

"For the first time visit with the family for our usual after church Sunday lunch together. Everyone enjoyed it. Only a slightly overcooked dessert was the only article that was not thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone felt that we should add it to our short list of places to go as the food and service were excellent"

"We hade to wait 10 minutes just for the receptionist to show up! Waiter was great. First thing he said was there was no pasta at all which is a good chunk of the menu. We ordered calamari. They didn't have any. I ordered French dip sandwich. They were out. Ordered fish and chips. They were out. Ended up with shrimp tacos. You had to use a magnifying glass to see the shrimp. Glad we ordered avocado dip or I would have gone home hungry. Some ordered salmon with broccoli. She got massive portion of woody broccoli and the tiniest salmon I have ever seen. We will not be back"

"We've been to this location a couple of times now and found it easily meeting our expectations. Various BJ's around the country have proven to us that they are consistently good, so we are pleased that one has opened closer to us. I prefer BJ's to The Cheesecake Factory, but they are similar in many ways.<br/ <br/ On our first visit, service lacked a bit, but they had just opened and there was definitely some training going on. Our second visit several weeks later was much better. Service was competent and friendly and our bet is they will be going forward. The food was very good and they have plenty of drink options, including a long list of brew beers. <br/ <br/ Parking leaves a little to be desired and it will only get worse as other stores in the complex start opening."
