"that eating here is amazing! long time I was not a fan of German food. when we then lived in utah, opened a little modernized German restaurant in layton, called weller 's bistro. it had the best to eat. I liked it first because they offered some non-German options. but finally I had tried all non-German articles on the menu. one day I was brave enough to taste a traditional German dish (but equipped with some flair) it was something of the best I ever had. hildegard is so. Some of the best food I had in the 5 months, we lived in huntsville. I highly recommend it. even if you think you don't like German food. you will not regret it."
