"We waited for our water for almost 30 minutes. When we got it, we placed 3/4 of our entire order and then waited another 30 minutes before we get our drinks. One of our appetizers was overtaken by another server 5-10 minutes later. We only got our food after we asked where it was, and it came cold. At this point it was almost two hours, so my husband, who starved, ate his food although it was cold. When our server asked us if we were ready for the check, I asked to talk to the manager. When I told the manager about our terrible service and cold food, he told us that it was our fault not to have a reservation and to order sushi. He said my husband's food wasn't cold when he ate it. We didn't agree with it and asked that we didn't pay for our food. The manager was defensive, loud and argumentative. We finally agreed that he would give us a discount. When he returned, we asked again that we do not pay for the meal when we all previous events and now this unpleasant argument with him. He pushed back, and we said it was worthy of us to write a bad review. When he heard that, he took the ticket back, removed the discount and gave us our check at the full price and demanded that we pay. We paid $95 for cold food and the worst, disregarded service I've ever had."
