"Awful experience. This place has fallen big time. Before changing the name to Saucy Crab this restaurant was called Juicy Crab and the food was good. The service was good as well. Unfortunately the restaurant has gone way down. Ordered the catfish basket and it was just terrible. Clearly not catfish. The fish was old and cheap. After notifying the waitress and staff of the bad fish, they only offered a “sorry you didn’t enjoy it” comment. I will never return to eat at this restaurant location again."

"The tan gentleman that always serves us is so so sweet and funny! He makes great conversation and makes us feel so welcome! I always get lemon pepper Cajun or garlic butter seasoning Cajun snow crab and the shrimp is also a must! The gator bites and calamari are delicious too! The restaurant is super cool I love seeing all the cool notes on the walls and the marine mural and decor! The fireplace is also adorable and I love that every table has their own paper towel roll! Great place worth the money absolutely delicious and never ever disappoints!"
