"The service at this restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The deviled eggs we ordered never arrived and had to be removed from the bill. The beans and rice were dry and lacked flavor, and the oxtail was small, tough, and dry. The highlight of the meal was the chicken and waffle dish. We were taken aback by the automatic 18% gratuity added to our bill for a party of two. It would have been better if this policy had been communicated to us before we received our bill."
