"Takeout not recommended. I drove there to pick up an order of the Chicken Bowties. Since it’s on a very busy corner and there is no dedicated pickup location I called to have them bring it out, I waited on the phone for 10 minutes listening to the automated “we’ll be right with you message”. I gave up and went inside although I was illegally parked I had no choice. Once I’m inside there was no hostess, a very nice waitress finally noticed me and came to help and I paid and left. When I get home I opened the package and was shocked to see the portion size was tiny. This is usually a decently sized bowl and this portion was half the size I’ve received when eating in at this chain in the past, really bad value at $24! Overall I’m very disappointed with the pickup experience and even more disappointed with this dish. Only go here for the atmosphere and in person, when you can see what you’re getting.Parking: Only availability is street parking which is always very limited without needing to take a longer walk."
