"This was a very special occasion which we had disclosed on open table. After we were seated we waited twenty minutes for water and drink orders. It took another fifteen minutes for those to arrive. Not a single apology for the delay. We waited for over an hour and half for food order. Really laughable at this point on how long it had taken. Average food st best. Again not a single apology from “the chef” who delivers the food himself. I’ve been making reservations on open table for years in birmingham. This is without question the worst dining experience I have had in this city."
