"How can you beat portillos?!? This place is always hopping but they move quick and are accurate with the orders. The employees are friendly and engaging. Makes coming from Lutheran General a little easier. Pro tip- they use beef tallow for the fries and onion rings. The breaded fish is corn oil."

"This particular Portillos-Barnellis has gone downhill since Covid. You can't just call in an order to pickup at the drive thru anymore. Almost everything must be done online via their app. This makes things more complicated for special requests that are easier to make over the phone.
