"Service was non existent, drinks were not refilled. We were very surprised at lack of service by our server then figured out that gratuity was added so that explains that. We would have tipped above the as my husband and I both waited tables through college but our server was no where to be found except when she brought first drink and then check. Asked if we wanted dessert and we said no and she said she wished we would have got them to up her commission. We were confused by that until we saw the gratuity added. I think that response was rude. The bussers and carvers were great, wish we could have just given them the tip"

"Such a pleasant surprise we found tonight. We finally visited Cowboy after being on the island for a few years. WHY did we wait so long??? First impression as you walked in the door elegance! We were seated in a nice corner and it created a very personal dining experience. Then the wait staff starting bringing their magic!! DONT waste your appetite on the salad and side fixings (although they were delicious) Save yourself for the delicious selections of meat and grilled pineapple. The experience was a special treat and we will definitely be back. HIGHLY recommend!"

"We were here to celebrate our 28th anniversary. Yeah, it's expensive. But it's worth it. Especially It was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely wonderful. It's all you can eat on all dishes. I was very happy with everything they had to offer. You won't be hungry here. Everything from salad to desert is the top shelf. I have to give this restaurant and staff a high 5-star rating. Your taste buds will be thrilled. Very recommended."

"I tried other pizzerias in my local area. Sampa's not too bad. I can't go to my list of go to spots, but I can say it's better than a domino or pizza hut. They have a variety of homemade desserts. The staff is very friendly. I arrived early and they informed me that my pizza was almost ready."

"I would recommend only ordering delivery for the Margherita pizza. The ingredients for the Margherita, especially the fresh basil, are crucial! Unfortunately, there was no basil in my order at all. I also ordered the burrata arugula salad, which was supposed to come with some cherry tomatoes, but it wasn’t quite what I expected. Overall, my order wasn't completely as it should have been!"

"We came to Rio de Brazil for the 50th birthday. We had a great meal. The sidebar was well equipped. Our favorite meats were the flank steak, ribeye and beef. The servers were attentive. We went on Wednesday night, and there weren't many other diners. I have seen other reviews where others have danced on meat and picked price. They were probably not in a Brazilian steakhouse before and didn't know what to expect. If you want a certain type of meat, or do it more or less, or more or less rare, just ask the server. They were happy to fulfill our wishes. I'm glad that's the remnant in Johnson City. It is a great place for special occasions. We'll be back."
