"BEWARE THIS PLACE IS SLY! Ordered two breakfast duos Without informing us, blueberry chocolate chip pancakes was extra . She did inform us that turkey bacon was extra. OK. A meal that costs 9.99 nearly doubled to 17.48. NOT COOL. We were served smuckers ?breakfast syrup? so we asked for maple syrup. (Peep the little sauce cup in the pic. Without informing us this was 2.59 extra. NOT COOL. Then we realized we weren?t served our toast that comes with the breakfast duo she said we had to request this. WHAT???? There?s also fake Heinz ketchup. SLY. P.S. customers that don?t pay cash get a fee added to their receipt. This place is so deceitful, I wouldn?t recommend."

"Amazing food for an amazing price! $20 each despite huge portions. I ordered a deluxe patty melt and it was probably one of the best meals I've had so far in 2023. The waiters were attentive and my fries were crispy despite being thick-cut. My friend got an omelette that she loved. We went at 10 pm and it was busy but the service wasn't slow. Perfect for 2 starving college students after a full day of studying."

"For the second time in a row, the service was terrible. You may not have enough wait people because it took 15 minutes for her to give us menus. A long time to take our order and forever to get our bill at the end. Had to ask busboy for items because our wait person never came by the table and never looked our way if/when she walked by. "I really have no words to describe this place but I’ll try…starting with the fact that they can make almost anything gluten free which is awesome in my book. Pro tip: their portions are large so if you want dessert (which you will), plan ahead and portion half your meal to go. I ordered the chow down fries as a side for my Cajun Burger. The heat could be kicked up a notch I will say for a Cajun burger but it was delicious and juicy anyway. For the temperature, I would order less than you normally like…I ordered medium and it came to mid well. Again, still juicy though. My family ordered the Fried Pimento Ball app…10 stars! So crispy and they make the pimento cheese in house super unexpected for a diner but very happy. My husband ordered the Bacon Mac and Cheese casserole and he loved it. Super cheesy and crispy bacon on top. For dessert, I ordered the Fried Oreos (not GF) and they were delish! So pillowy with loads of hot fudge, whipped cream and crushed Oreos on top. My mom ordered the Fried Honey bun…we were not ready lol it was HUGE! Super crunchy and delish also. The service was excellent, very accommodating and the atmosphere is very 50s diner, minus the attire. I would definitely recommend this place and will be visiting again…tomorrow! Haha"

"I had a wonderful breakfast today, February 12, 2022. The restaurant has just undergone a complete renovation and reopened recently. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. It was busier than some other places I've visited lately, which is a good sign. This truly feels like a family restaurant. It was lovely to see Sandy and her family there today. "I’ve ordered from Mannys for years and the although the food is good and the service is great, their prices have skyrocketed. I understand that the economy isn’t great but $48 bucks for a chicken finger dinner and a pizza delivered is nuts. Plus they got rid of the rice pilaf and the grilled chicken just doesn’t hit the same with white rice."

I'd like to try the strawberry, but it's not halfway. the mood here is so cold and covered. I love the nyc historical mood that it has. "I relocated to this area 2 1/2 years ago and have been frequenting this restaurant for their pizza and sandwiches. However, I have noticed that they have recently increased their prices and now charge a $1.25 fee for credit card transactions. Furthermore, I have also discovered that they are skimping on the amount of meat in their sandwiches. After seeing the poor quality of my last sandwich, I have decided that I will not be returning to this establishment. It is disappointing to be treated this way, especially as a loyal customer. I will now be on the lookout for a new pizza shop, but I am confident that I will find a suitable replacement. Farewell Mannino's, it was a good run."

"They lost my credit card! It took them 30 minutes to let me know they had lost it after I gave it to them. Upon telling me this, the waiter said that they could give us a 15% discount.I asked for the manager, because 15% off for losing a credit card is a joke.The manager came, and started haggling with me about what would be sufficient. I asked for 50% off, and was told that 's ridiculous . Eventually, they gave us the 50% off discount, but it took a significant amount of advocacy.Now I have to wait for a new credit card. I don 't have anything against the waiter, but the response from the restaurant was nuts."

"The chicken parmesan was horrible. The spaghetti noodles were the worst I have ever had.The sauce was even worse... like diced tomatoes just poured over the spaghetti with no seasoning. The bread sticks were hard and tough. Not an enjoyable meal to say the least. I think Zino's can do better!! Had pulled pork BBQ and brisket combo a few weeks earlier and that was good except the fat I got from the brisket. Will not get brisket again. I think Zino's can do much better."
