"let me start from the moment I arrived, until the moment I went, I was treated so well by all the staff. this place has a deep feeling, and that was an experience you can get nowhere else. the host who took our beverage order donna was so incredibly friendly and up to the earth, it felt like making a new girlfriend. the waitress we had (I can't remember her names, but she had dark hair and a fan to make sure she wasn't heated over while serving that I thought was an incredible idea) was exceptional at point and friendly. she made sure we took care of every moment when she noticed something was running low on our table. we were so comfortable with her, we could talk about everything! she was amazing! they start at the bar where they can order a drink and plan their order. Once they have ordered their food, they close their tab at the bar and then they are moved to their edible for their meal. they get a radishes board that includes sweet, pickel, olive and paprika. it was a delicious start and is free with its meal along with brot and salat. my coworker and I ordered both a rib eye. we shared a side of creamy spinat and sparing (the side orders are more than enough to share I did not want my steak rare or medium rare, but in between, and the boil nailed it. the outside of my steaks was perfectly presumed with a delicious crust. the au jus was a bit salty for my pleasure, but it has improved the taste of the steaks. my steak was perfectly boiled where it melted in the mouth with little wall on chew. I almost cried, that was good. I was so incredibly impressed by all the experience, I will be more than happy to make sure that I have this restaurant every time I have to say to wisconsin (I am from ohio but travel to wi for the work the only thing I have to tell the owners are: bravo"

"Being from NYC, we've frequented many great steakhouses and were curious how Four Cuts would compare. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by everyone and were immediately seated; we had a 6 pm reservation on a Saturday. Our server was Andrés and he was absolutely great; from the great service to his extensive knowledge of the menu. Andrés was extremely knowledgeable on each cut of steak and described each one of the specials with such detail, including how each was prepared and/or cooked, we had a difficult time choosing since each one sounded more delicious than the next. We decided to try the ceviche and it didn't disappoint! Not only was it one of the tastiest ceviches we've had, and we've sampled a lot, but the portion was more than we're used to receiving; it was extremely satisfying! For our entrées, we ordered the prime NY sirloin steak and the 12 oz. filet mignon topped with crab and bleu cheese. Not only were both steaks great cuts of meat and cooked to perfection but they were also juicy and very tasty! Thank you to Andrés for the great service from start to finish, along with the rest of the waitstaff, the chefs and everyone in the restaurant who made this a great experience for my boyfriend and I. We've walked by Four Cuts many times on our way home from work and we're so happy to find another great restaurant in our neighborhood that we can frequent after work or on the weekend, either for a romantic dinner for two or with friends and family."
