"Butler served me well. The first time I went I was greeted by staff who reassured me that it was okay to post up inside the coffee shop and work on my laptop despite the busy morning rush. The second time I went to another location and again had a great experience. One of the staff, Danny made me a solid cortado. It was my first time in nyc and I had been on the prowl for good coffee. Butler ended my hunt."
