"Come here every Wednesday night with a party of roughly 5-8. We?ve never had any issues, great food, make sure to give decent tips (for those of us who have room in our budget , and always have had great interactions with our usual waiter, Zack. WithZack transitioning out of his shifts, our party started being waited on by a young woman with an *exceptional* attitude. Thisevening, we had a couple of new group members, who our waitress felt the need to call out at the end of our bill for not tippingover 20%, and claimed that ?no one wants to wait on [us] anymore due to [our] lack of tips.? Ignoring the fact that we usuallygo above and beyond with our tips, especially when we receive good service (thanks Zack! . Once Zack officially leaves, welikely won?t be back. Used to really enjoy coming to Crunchy?s, but with their newly employed moody staff, the place has lostits vibe."
