"Extremely rude customer service, specifically from the cook. I was waiting for a takeout order patiently. He brings the food to the lobby and just yells at us Hey, chicken strips! Didn 't say excuse me, didn 't thank us, nothing. Just shouted a command at us like a dog who isn 't listening. If you want to be spoken to like a dog instead of a customer, eat here! If I have to eat at this establishment again I will be sure to treat the staff exactly how I got treated."

"Love comes to Mama vicki!!!!! So delicious, the best Coney Island around. It is never packed, has super friendly server, it is always clean, tons of food on the menu, many healthy food choices on the menu, it is cheap, bathroom are really clean, the seats are comfortable and it is AMAZING! What else could you ask? They are really good and also fill water/drinks. This is a plus in my book! Love comes here and will come on! My family loves it and it is close to shops, it is a victory for all! definitely recommend this restaurant!!!"

"of 27 mai became the taste of the day for this location online and on all signage outside the restaurant as “Devils food cake”. I.e add a chocolate-based taste with a series of different chocolates. I ordered 2 pints of the taste of the day. I have not “Teufel Eat Cake”. I don't know what I actually got, but considering that it's a vanilla base it's certainly not what I ordered. this is not the first time that my order has been grounded at this place, but it is the first time that I have ordered the wrong one if I have a taste of the day."

"This location of Culver is amazing! The staff here is very friendly and the food is excellent every time! You also have a place in Flint that is closer to me, but if I hadn't eaten here before I had eaten at Miller Road Location, I would never return to Culvers in my life and that's the honest truth. If you haven't tried Culvers food yet, do yourself a favor and stop and try it. These are the best fast food burgers I've ever had hands down. "Like most fast food places, sometimes the service is great, sometimes it is definitely at the non-ok end of the spectrum. 5/6/22, 8:06. A Butterburger original ordered. By the image from the online menu, I did not ask for onions, add tomato/letter/babkon/Ketchup/mayo. The sandwich had tomatoes, ketchup and bacon. No salad, no pickles, no mustard. I really don't know what happened to the rest of my sandwich. And my fried cheese curd had no marinara sauce, the buyer did not even ask. Yippee."

"I had the Double Culver's Deluxe with no pickles and an extra crispy gluten-free bun, along with medium fries and a medium Concrete Mixer with salted caramel and Heath Bar bites. Culver's has the best gluten-free options I've found anywhere. The sandwich comes in a sealed pocket, so be sure to eat it within half an hour while it's still fresh and warm, or it can become hard. The fries were good too. While it's not as good as Wendy's or McDonald's, it's definitely better than many other fast-food places."

"My favorite thing about this Culver's is that they always have blue-cheese crumbs to double the American cheese with on my bacon deluxe... I always get good service here, except an occasional missed sauce or ketchup request. Something about this better brand of never frozen beef just makes my mouthwater. Butter Burger... delicious! It is also a decent place to work for those on the market. I worked years ago in this Marquette Culvers and it is still as clean as when I worked there; Custard is also tasty on a cold day, changing my mind."
