"Started off with getting rushed while I’m in the bathroom, from the manager. Kept on knocking on the door? And then was served an inedible chicken sandwich , when requested a new one was told yes only to be brought back the same sandwich by a self proclaimed sandwich maker (aka the same person who was rushing me) saying the best he can do for me is a 15% coupon for my next visit. "I have been going to glorias for a long time. Not once have I had bad service via phone, pick up, or delivery. Today 4 14 22. Was the worst. 11:15 am I ordered antipasto salad and a drink. I ordered early because my lunch is at 12 noon. Woman on the phone told me 45 minutes. I was ok with the time frame. 12:15 rolls around, 12:30, 12:40, 12:45 no delivery. I called Gloria's, same woman who took my order answered tge phone. Informed her to cancell my order cause my lunch was over. Driver came informed the driver I canceled the order cause my lunch was over. I called them back wanting an explanation why it took an hour and a half for my delivery. Because we had two drivers. That's not the issue. She was going to transfer me to the owner. I hung up. Woman on the other end was rude, and no help in resolving the situation.I enjoy glorias, that's why I gave it a 4 star. Never had issues. Mike is always friendly, helpful. He compliments his staff. I like to see and hear. Today was the worst ever. The woman in the phone was rude"

"We live about an hour south and our girl volleyball team had a tournament nearby. We chose Joey's team dinner last minute. You have accommodated the 12-15 of us who decided to stay for dinner. The service was great and the food was wonderful. I had my fair share of pizzas and Joey's rows up there with some of those I enjoyed most. They had a few video games where the girls were playing while the fathers were chatting. We have more games in Ontario and will be sure to go back. Thank you, Joey."

"We were so excited to try this highly-rated place after reading such great reviews! It ended up being pretty expensive and not like we imagined. 1. We went there to watch a specific football game, requesting that channel when we made the online reservation. Once we were seated, had ordered and were waiting for the game to start, we were told they didn’t carry that sports channel. Um, if pure going to call yourself a sports bar, you should carry all games. We had some discussion about leaving, but we’d made the drive to LaCenter and paid for parking so elected to stay. 2. Food and drinks were FANTASTIC but overpriced. Service was good but it took a long time to get our food. We had a $200 bill for 4 people and only three of us were drinking alcohol. 3. Atmosphere is great with all the TV’s but be warned, we were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke the entire time we were there. Tom’s is located directly next to the casino floor and there was no filtering system or airflow control to keep the smoke out of the restaurant. That’s the thing that will keep us from ever returning."
