"I had heard some restaurants have a different level of service or approach to customers that seemed to be the case from the dining room menu. the service staff was very stiff and involuntary. we were not asked if we were satisfied with our eating, or if we needed something. Salt and pfeffer seemed to be upset. I ordered an espresso, which the waiter left before me and then stormed, no sugar or stuff. also the demand for sugar seemed to be an affront."
