"Five stars isn 't enough to rate our experience in Seaview 's Main Dining Room for brunch in September of 2023. We 've eaten dinner and have attended different functions here over the years, but this was our first buffet brunch. While I love the variety at a brunch, when I think of a typical breakfast buffet, I imagine slightly stale/overcooked food. That was not the case here. All of the standard fare (two different choices for scrambled eggs, three different breakfast meats, waffles, potatoes), but every item was fresh and delicious. Extras include a gorgeous variety of fresh fruit, muffins and danish, cereals, breakfast breads, and more. Alex made me a fresh omelet, and I don 't exaggerate when I say that it was THE best omelet I 've ever had (I 'm a chef). When he asked how I 'like my eggs , I knew that he knew what he was doing. Perfection. We were warmly greeted, served by Lita, who brought us a pot of coffee straight away, and then stopped by frequently to check on us. She was warm and friendly and attentive. Beautiful property, beautiful room, and beautiful views. Such a lovely experience. We all left with a smile. Will be back often!"
