"This place has been going downhill for awhile. The staff is inattentive and uninterested in helping customers. After waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich and watching about ten customers who ordered after me get their food. I decided to walk out. The food is sub par and microwaved. The iced tea was the only reason to go here. But I’ll never go back."

"Gluten free bagels that are just as good as normal bagels. Trust story. We never thought we'd find a gluten free bagel as good as modern bakery and today I think we found it. Wow. We got the sesame toasted and damn was it good. We also got a normal sesame which was just as good but honestly not better than the gf. The lox cream cheese was pretty tasty. We got both bagels toasted. They had that perfect chew. Absolutely floored that we found it right after the Brooklyn half on our way to the hotel. Just keep in mind they are not a fully gf establishment so there can be cross contamination and they even have signs stating this. We'll be back and we're both having gluten free bagels from now on from pio"

"I wanted to like this place because it?s near my job but both experiences have been lackluster. Service is very slow and the food just okay. My soup was really salty and the sandwiches are thin for an LI deli. However, the woman behind the counter is anabsolute sweetheart so the stars are for her."

"The counter staff was very helpful and friendly. The food at this deli is fresh and the place is very clean. We had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. We also met the owner who was very nice and personable. I would definitely recommend this place."

"I ordered a BLT on a Hero and the Breakfast Platter w/ Eggs over Medium. The whole order was TERRIBLE! I asked for the Hero bread to be toasted and extra Mayo in the notes of the order via Door Dash, which was NOT done at all. The Hero was dry and not toasted. My breakfast platter eggs were not like I ordered. I asked for Eggs over Medium and received Scrambled eggs. The Home Fries potatoes tasted old. I mean this was horrible. I will not be using this place for Food orders and I would suggest that you do not order food from here."

"I gave specific instruction and they still added hot sauce and almost no white sauce Paid for extra meat only got 2 strips of bacon. When I told my friend I paid for extra bacon he said: that was extra bacon? (with a puzzled and confused face) Bought french fies and they were half full soggy Definitely deserve a refund because this was unexceptional. Beware when buying from this place."
