"This was not our first visit, but definitely the most impressive. Our food was cooked over some even burned. When I asked the waitress if there was someone new in the kitchen, she went and talked to her manager. She came back with her manager. The manager asked if we wanted fresh plates. Yes, of course. We want to eat. They took our plates right away and made us fresh food. It was done quickly. It was hot, fresh and cooked for perfection. They have reviewed us to make sure everything was good and apologise more than once. When we paid, the manager asked again about everything when it came out. I told her it was 1,000 times better and thanked her for taking care of it. She apologized and I didn't tell her a problem. I don't pay for food. Kudos to the staff in Perkins."
