"A great mix of Americans and authentic Chinese food. It is quite difficult to find good, authentic Chinese food (AKA. not orange chickens), so I am excited to try more from the menu. I dived, but I took it out several times. This isn't the most romantic or beautiful place for a date, but it's a good location for a casual lunch or dinner. So far I had the pan roasted noodles, beef Chow fun, house roasted rice, salt and pepper eggplant. The pan fried noodles are more of an authentic dish but very tasty (FYI the noodles are pan fried, which means they are hard and crispy). Not for all, and it is a bit of an acquired taste if you?re used to really soft and well cooked noodles. The salt and pepper plant is a must for an appetizer. I don't even like eggplants, but the roasted eggplant and delicious salt and pepper spice made it amazing. I was happy surprised. Beef Chow Fun was great, the noodles were soft. Is that a safe and delicious dish? I wish there were some more beef. You can't go wrong with one of their fried rice dishes. The taste of rice is great."
