"SECURITY HERE! Just rude! We had an order 10/24/2022 for them today and we just got the order well over the delivery driver. The items were nicely packed and the food was still warm. We opened our shrimp fried rice and chicken fried rice to find that our rice was simply fried rice. We called the restaurant immediately and asked if it was a mistake and the young lady on the phone asked what I suspected to be the owner or chef? and she immediately said we lie! Then I heard the young lady say? Mimi gave two orders for Uber eats one with pure fried rice and the other with chicken and shrimp. Then she comes to the phone and tells me if I want me to get back there and she'll give it back. I said I couldn't at the moment, that was the whole reason for my order delivery. Then she tells me? And we? I don't know what else to tell you. I said you don't have to be so rude about your mistake! Some people are incredible. I usually love SAKE, and I usually order a few times a week there. Never again after you have been treated like that."

"I picked up dinner last night when I was in Fayetteville. We ordered 4 different entrees hot and sour soup. All we have ordered was very good and we all agreed that this will be our new place to get the Chinese takeover, because it is much better than our two options in our neighboring city. I read another critic saying that it is expensive and I would agree with this explanation, but everything costs more these days, glad that we enjoyed it! Come on!"

"We made a reservation and arrived on time. We were seated in the middle of the room with tables of other diners all around us. We couldn’t have a conversation because of the noise from the other tables. We loved the food and the service but the atmosphere was not as romantic as we’d hoped for. We have already told our friends about the great food and service and we will dine at Joseph’s again soon."

"My wife and I are regulars here. We come in and a beautiful Black woman with long braids knows our faces and what we 'd like to order. Really sweet! Love interacting with her. (The 4 for service is for HER ONLY!!!!!! However, there 's this one guy that is so rude! He literally stares at her when she 's just trying to do her job. He 's so concerned with being unprofessional that he stared at her upside her head in front of me all over a table misunderstanding. It was so awkward! I felt so uncomfortable. Our beautiful waitress assured me it was okay but I still feel for her because there 's no reason she should get such hostile treatment in her work environment! Another reason I finally decided to write this review is because I 'm transitioning VEGAN. (I 've completely cut out meat . But I should not have to order inside the restaurant to get my order right. Customer service is seriously lacking here. I see and feel this will quickly turn into my wife and I 's least favorite lunch spot. My recent phone call went something like: me: Hi may I place an order for pickup? a woman with a heavy accent: Yes, what would you like? me: LoMein, no vegetables and no meat *gets cut off* woman with heavy accent: What meat? me: No meat please. I 'd just like bell pepper and jalapeños. woman with heavy accent: Okay so you 'd just like bell pepper and jalapeños? me: yes please *checks food* No Bell pepper and I promise it was maybe 7 jalapeños. Normally we eat in to avoid this because it never fails that my togo order is done incorrectly. But why should we keep supporting a business that is okay with how workers treat their coworkers but also the customers. I hope management actually reads this and creates a more positive environment. We 'll try again maybe a month from now to see but until then there are much more competent eats near the area or even just closer to my house."

"Went on VDay. We have been 6 or 7 times, and the food was very good as always. Our server was excellent once she was assigned to us. Restaurant was not prepared for how busy the night was--arrived at 6:55 for a 7:00. A couple of tables were available. But the host was handling a dissatisfied pick up customer (sushi was not ready, and he was running back and forth to kitchen ; a dissatisfied customer over the phone who already had picked up and then discovered that the order was incorrectly filled; clean-up of tables; phone calls. They just were under-staffed. We were seated at 7:25. Wife finally waived down a server for us at 7:45. From then on smooth sailing, because the drinks (secret agent! and food (esp noodles pancit, lemongrass beef, green beans, sushi were very good, and our server was a delight. We look forward to our next visit, just maybe not on a holiday."

"Though unassuming from the outside, this clean, cheerful restaurant is a hidden gem. I ordered the spicy eggplant dish and asked to tone down the spice level, which they did, and it was delicious. The fried rice was great, as was the flavorful Thai iced tea. The portions are large and piping hot. Friendly service and an amazing bang for your buck. Bonus, very convenient onsite parking! I will definitely be ordering from here again. Highly recommend."

"Red Wok is our Go-To for an Asian food fix. It's always super fast, and delicious, and the staff is always friendly. I LOVE that they put veggies and pineapple in the Sweet and Sour dishes. That seems hard to find in KC for some reason. Portions are great sized (I always have leftovers) and the food is just really really good. Delivery, Take Out, or Dine In, it's always a tasty, quick, pleasant meal."

"Really nice quality.Chicken momos, Aloo Gobi, and garlic naan.Fast and relatively easy delivery via Seamless app.Excellent flavor, nice and hot.The only issue (and this seems common in Indian places that deliver) is no utensils or plates even though I asked for them. Also, food arrived in tin containers. So I've got no utensils and can't reheat leftovers in my hotel microwave since the pans are metal. Not sure if this is a cultural thing or a cost savings thing, but I'd be happy to pay more for plastic utensils and paper plates.Great food! Thanks"

"Do NOT order from this restaurant. I placed an order through seamless and my order status kept updating with delivery times. Then the status changed to arriving soon. After waiting over 45 minutes past the expected delivery time I tried to call the restaurant 3x but did not get an answer. I had to contact seamless who also tried to call the restaurant and they did not have any success either. Then seamless said they closed the restaurant. Thankfully seamless worked with me and processed a refund promptly. Now it is 2 hours after we ordered and have to start from scratch. Very unprofessional and incompetent in my opinion. I will NEVER order from here again and you should not either. 0 stars. Had to choose one star in order to post review but I give them 0."

"Small place, very clean with friendly staff.The seaweed salad was pretty good. But the sushi here was really delicious. Very fresh fish/seafood, large portions, flavors were really good. "The service and ambiance at the restaurant were both quite good. My son and I ordered a bit too much food, and while I would have appreciated our server suggesting that we had over-ordered, I understand that the restaurant has faced some challenges over the past couple of years. The food was decent, leaning more towards the sweet side, but it’s not the type of cuisine I could enjoy frequently in a short span of time. We requested the drunken noodles to be very spicy, but unfortunately, they didn't quite meet our expectations for heat. The crispy noodles with tamarind sauce were interesting, though they too were on the sweet side and lacking a stronger tamarind flavor; it would be delightful if the tamarind were more pronounced. The shrimp were excellent—crispy on the outside—though the delicate artichoke salad could use some improvement."
