"Wow , the quality has gone down in this once great food institution. We ordered the chili oil beef pho. This was once a very delicious pho. I used to love all the pho they offered. But this has really turn out to be a very bland and no flavor pho. This is not the first time I get the flavorless tast from this place..And at $14.00 dollar a serving it really is not worth the drive anymore especially with other great pho places in the Heights."

"My sister had her wedding reception at the Rose house. It is an excellent spot to get down and party!! The staff was INCREDIBLE!!! The owner was amazing and totally accomadating! The place is beautiful and has great space in a prime location! I would definitely attend again!!!"
