"I was the waitress at Mei Wei when this incident happened that day, and I felt terrible for what happened. The manager immediately gave me his appology and also hoped to apologize to the customers, but unfortunately the damage was already done and they were gone. He's actually a really nice person and a good manager, I think he only had a hard day. I accepted his apology to be rude, and I understand that he only wants the best for us, for our little restaurant. He always wants us to be professional, even though we are just like his children. He always says that, be professional, provide better service, then get better reward (tips)! He treats us very well, we get free lunch and dinner every day! Although some of them are very Chinese, and we can just do it like the fish....but he pays us with some stars from next door. Overall, our manager is great, and he apologised me and all of us. We work on his Wutmanagment sessions at our breaks and hope that he will eventually be transformed! Hopefully we can still get all the support from our customers."
