"what a ham is that? it is baked with about 10% glaze on the top! I have been buying ham here for years and was always able to preview the ham I wish before buying. I was told that I couldn't foresee this year because of its COVID-19 No-Opening policy. I bought the ham, provided it was nice and glazed! I opened it this morning (dankegiving day) and they can see what I bought! what do they think, honey-baked customers? for me, it looks pathetic and the management should never have put it on the shelf for sale. I usually don't like to write negative reviews, but this expensive product doesn't live up to the standard I expect from honey baked ham!"
