"I enjoy the food and atmosphere at this restaurant, but I was disappointed to learn that all tips are pooled together for the week. This means that an employee who only works 2 days will receive the same tip amount as someone who works 5 or more days. In addition, the General Manager also takes a share of the tips. These hardworking employees only make $9.00 per hour and are not able to keep their own tips. Something seems unfair about this situation. The employees should be allowed to keep the tips that they rightfully earned."
