"I have repeatedly had my orders messed up at this restaurant, whether it's the incorrect size of my drink, missing items, or problems with the food quality. After a long and exhausting shift at work, I decided to treat myself to some fries to feel better, but they were overly burnt and ice cold, making them inedible. My drink was also smaller than what I had ordered, which was disappointing but manageable. Unfortunately, this particular location has consistently let me down. The only thing I received with my order was disappointment, which was really frustrating."
