"After reading all the reviews below that aren’t the greatest. I can 100% support the fact that this place USED to be a DISASTER . Literally. But I will say one thing that is genuinely factual about my latest 5 stops at this McDonalds. I noticed they have a new manager. Even from ordering drive through or from inside you can see he has the team organized and there is no visual observation of flurry or panic like you usually see at most McDonald’s. The quality of the last few orders of mine were all SPOT ON . The fries perfect and the McDoubles tastier than ever ! When I notice change . Especially a good one, I do my best to address it. Shoutout to the new manager here and the new team on ensuring quick orders done with quality of food in mind at the same time. Thank you thank you thank you Best wishes for the future of this location."

"Every other McDonald's has some offers once in awhile BUT this location never. I really don't like when a certain franchise takes advantage on people. "How hard is it to make chicken nuggets correctly. Especially from the place it invented the chicken nugget. At least they invented the fast food chicken nugget. No one expects it to be thin dried out and cold.This was a mobile order. It’s not that difficult to pick the right sauce. Both visits did not get the right sauce.The sandwich smelled funny and tasted off. I think it may have been the mayonnaise. Yes, I don’t like mustard as much as mayonnaise so sue me.I mean, the food is cheap but I don’t know that I would’ve paid for it even at that price with the low quality. It was so far below expectations.I will try another location. This one is just not run very well."

"East Peoria consistently gets orders completely accurate, which is a rarity. Both the frappe machine and shaker machine were working for the first time in a while, especially the frappe machine which is often claimed to be out of order. Overall, I give this place 4 stars."

"This McDonald's in Lewisville is very fast and friendly compared to the city we came from. We ordered a small $16-$17 meal. At the speaker we were immediately greeted and they took our order and of course repeated it for accuracy. They thanked us and we pulled around. At the first window we were greeted friendly again and we paid for our order and she thanked us and pulled us to the next window. At the second window we were greeted again and we were handed our food. The man who gave us our order was friendly as well. When we asked for condiments he happily obliged. All in all from speaker to the second window we were in line about 5-6 minutes which isn't bad for a McDonald's and a long line. There were cars in front and behind us and they still got the order out in a timely manner!"

"I came here with a mobile order to pick up. It was too late at night, so I could only pick up at Drive Thru. At the speaker, They told me to go to the second window. The second window I see is a pick up window. By The time i get there, They told me to go back to the window I passed, and they said that was the second window. Which makes me go back in line again. The Pay here window told me again that the pickup window is the second window. This really creates confusion. They could have just labeled Window 1/2 or say something like go to the Pick up window or pay window."

"I just stopped by this restaurant for a breakfast sandwich and a soda on my way to a meeting in Tacoma. This is our go-to spot because it's conveniently located off the freeway and the restrooms are now open again, which is a relief when traveling from Marysville for monthly meetings. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the place is clean."

"In my area, I have two McDonald's I go to regularly. I've made it a rule that I don't order food at this location. Time has shown, consistently, that my orders come back with error or incredibly sloppy.NOW: I find I can't even go here anymore for my 1-dollar diet sodas because they come back regular...(I don't go in to complain in fear of appearing crazy or seeming ridiculous for the diet/regular soda argument ?)But I wish you guys all the luck in getting your team together. "both registers were downstairs, who seemed like they could not adapt to this problem. instead of helping someone to the kiosks, the opponent tried to fill kiosk orders, money at the theke (via the Drive-Thru registers,) help to take the kiosks, supply food orders to the lobby and explain that the register were below. in the meantime, 5 different employees went past us as we tried to pay; not one word said, and someone who appeared as manager went quietly around twice. eating was hot and was what mcdonald’s is. junkfood. priority is definitiw not customer service and was not long."

"well I stopped by there today with my son ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, my son ordered a six piece chicken nuggets Happy meal We waited for about 10 minutes and my order came up and then the man told me they had just dropped the spicy chicken and I mentioned I had ordered quite some time ago glad I wasn't in a rush, he apologized and said there was some new kids working back there. I then waited another 15 minutes probably before the sandwich finally came out He apologized when he handed it to me for taking so long and told me he had another one coming in just a few minutes, well let me tell you that's the first time in a very long time that I've been compensated for having to wait in a so-called fast food place,It is the right thing to do although it's hardly ever done anymore. My hat goes off to this man I don't know if he was the owner or just the manager I should have asked his name but I was needing to leave by the time we were finished I had to go pick up my daughter from school so I didn't have time to get his name He is the gentleman in the picture below He did an excellent job excellent customer service He has earned a customer at that location from his kindness and his correct response to the problem. "I went inside McDonald's to order an ice cream cone. I told the boy that I wanted to order an ice cream cone before he scanned my order. I had a code which was to get 50% off an ice cream cone. I had my code pulled up on my smart phone and the boy said he needed to scan the order. He scanned my order on my phone and then told me the ice cream machine was broke. That took my deal off, and I couldn't order any other deal. It comes up and says already used deal and want let you pick another deal. I asked for the manager. Her name is Katrina . She said I would be able to use another deal within 15 minutes, but that was a lie. I asked her if I could get something to replace the ice cream cone, but she refused. The place needs to be turned in to the McDonald's headquarters right away. Many of the employees are messed up mentally. You tell them what you want to order, but they want listen to you. Rude!! "I ordered tomatoes to be put on my spicy mcchickens, I got 2. There was absolutely no tomatoes. Also they were just fucking off in the drive through. Idk who manages that place but it's trash. I also ordered 2 bacon McDoubles to have no mustard, ketchup, pickles, or onions. They have everything on it. One of my bacon McDoubles has no bacon. Complete trash ass people lmao. "This is our regular stop of the high school debate team to Chicago. The staff is always efficient to get large groups, and the order before the McDonald's app helped a lot. "I had an egg mcmuffin meal, 2 sausage biscuits, and an orange juice. The food was very good and just the right temperature. Also, the woman who waited on me, Kamaya Wyatt, was one of the nicest persons who's ever waited on me. She made me want to return to that mcdonalds again soon.
