I was skeptical of this claim, as traditional Vietnamese cuisine typically includes ingredients like fish sauce and oyster sauce. When I inquired about these ingredients, they assured me that the dishes were vegetarian. I politely requested to speak with the chef due to my allergies. The chef explained that all of their sauces contained oyster sauce, and other noodle dishes such as pad thai contained fish sauce. I asked if these could be left out, but he replied that all the dishes were pre-prepared and could not be altered."
