Almost every time I order, the food comes wrong because they do not read the adjustment comments. The first several times, I did not even call after a refund as I understand mistakes happen, but I have made them aware and they still do not know how to follow instructions and still most of my commands come inaccurate. You are a restaurant and people have specific nutrition and desires.... not everyone wants your standard configuration of a dishes. It means learning your craft! Your food is good, but what is the point if I can't eat it?"
